Once again I was doing my research online and have found yet another puzzling issue with The Owners’ Advocate. Why would The Owner’s Advocate need to create another company named Professional Timeshare Services? TOA has been mysterious in many of their actions since their inception. They have used alias’ and fake names, a possible false location i.e. Santa Barbara, CA. Another area where they show a lack of integrity in the articles written by Joanna Bond of a ficticious TAG.
My focus is and always will be the welfare of timeshare owners who have been lied to, misrepresented, and who have been victims of fraud. It has always appeared that TOA has one goal in mind and that is to make as much money as possible by any means possible. The proof about alias’ is on TOA’s website. When you click on industry news you will see one article that Joanna whote that references Scott Davidson who’s real name is the one and only David Humphrey. It is just those little things that stand out, along with their new company.
My question is why do they need to start another company that does exactly what they do? They probably did not anticipate anyone to realize it was the same company, but all I had to do is look at the location of both companies and they are in the same physical building with different suite numbers. It does not take a rocket scientist to figure out that they are the same company. So, back to the origional question, if TOA is the only consumer advocacy company that has done what they have for thier owners like Mr. Humphrey’s says, then why the new company? Is there a problem that we are not aware of?
Here are some other questions that one might want to ask before using Professional Timeshare Services. Who are they? Why do they not have anyone’s full name listed on their site? Where are the testimonials? Have they even had any clients yet? Like TOA, Professional Timeshare Services is not listed with the BBB. TOA felt that the BBB was not fair in their treatment of them and have since boycotted the BBB and their years of experience in the field of protecting consumers.
As always, I welcome any repsonse from either company. This observation was done soley from internet research and I have not spoken to anyone from either company. I welcome both companies to respond and hopefully prove me wrong.

TOA and Professional Timeshare Services

This article is in response to the completely false article posted by Joanna Bond, who is a supposed investigative reporter for an organization named TAG that represents The Owner’s Advocate. Here is the article she wrote. Please read first, and then compare with the facts.
You know it is really funny how some feel the need to misrepresent facts. I recently ran across an article written by the supposed Investigative Reporter for TAG Joanna Bond, who always has positive articles concerning The Owner’s Advocate. Joanna was so gracious as to write about me and has some really interesting things that even I did not know. She recently states that she had to pull Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC from being a legitimate timeshare assistance company. Thank you for doing that because I would never want to be in the same sentence with The Owner’s Advocate.
She writes that I am a paranoid writer because of my blog article concerning The Owner’s Advocate. She states that when I questioned who actually was behind The Owner’s Advocate, I was in error because their website had David Humphreys on the main page proudly boasting about his company. The fact of the matter is, when I wrote that article, David Humphreys was going by an alias that he even admits to on their new site.
She later states that David and I were colleagues and that David took the high road and quick because of his high level of integrity while I was let go for a lack of sales volume. I intentionally left this out of my blog article because I did not want to get into any type of character flinging as far as breaking the law is concerned, but the FACTS are that David was FIRED for fraudulent business practices. I remember the security guard stationed at the rear of the building for two weeks because of what he did and how he was let go. I on the other hand was not let go, but walked out. I can show anyone who wishes to see the letter from the Tennessee Unemployment Office where I was denied unemployment benefits because I quit. Joanna, you really need to get your facts straight. What you represent is a dishonest and unethical practice as a so called investigative reporter. Any junior high school reporter could have gotten their facts straight.
As far as Timeshare Advocacy International, LLC being a copy cat company, you could not be further from the truth. We pride ourselves with the very integrity that you state Mr. Humphreys had. I have served my country and have retired Honorably and chose to leave Honorably. I will match anyone within your organization any day when it comes to honor and integrity. Additionally, we are not the ones on the internet accused of using aliases and creating false usernames on forums to push your company. Additionally, I have done my research on TAG and your company or whoever you represent is nowhere to be found and many would like answers to your credibility when it comes to being an investigative reporter.
